My passion is sourcing antique entomology collections of butterflies, moths and beetles, which I restore to create unique artworks, marrying delicate insects with antique objects. My pieces celebrate the tradition of collecting, reflect on memory and preservation, fragility and time, and are inspired by the fleeting lives of the natural world.
I carefully weave together stories and history into each piece, all of which come with a numbered certificates of provenance.
I also make artworks using bees, naturally deceased and gathered from local hives.
All specimens are strictly non-endangered, ethically and sustainably-sourced.
